About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Marketing & Admin Assistant to support our marketing activities and daily office operations.

This is an entry-level role suited to someone who is highly organised, self-driven, and keen to develop practical experience across digital content creation, social media, video production, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be confident managing multiple tasks, and have a strong sense of responsibility and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Support

Assist with planning, filming, and editing short-form video content for social media, company websites, and marketing campaigns
Support basic video scripting, captions, and content ideas based on marketing needs
Assist with social media content preparation, posting, and general content coordination
Help organise marketing materials, project updates, and digital assets
Support the marketing team with day-to-day campaign tasks and content-related requests

Administrative Support

Assist with general office administration and daily operational tasks
Support email communication, document filing, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Help maintain internal records, databases, and shared folders
Coordinate basic tasks with internal team members, suppliers, and external contacts when required
Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and wider team as needed

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
Self-driven and willing to take initiative
A strong multitasker with good time management skills
Highly organised with a strong ability to follow through on tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Interested in marketing, social media, video content, and real estate
Willing to learn and grow within the role

Skills & Requirements

Basic video filming and editing skills
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or similar platforms
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Valid working rights in Australia
A video editing portfolio or examples of previous work will be highly regarded

Preferred but Not Essential

Mandarin-speaking ability
Previous internship, part-time, or entry-level experience in marketing, administration, content creation, or real estate
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar editing tools
