As Account Manager you will be at the centre of creating market leading ideas for our client, and be equally competent in digital and traditional media channels. You will also play a key role in challenging and developing your direct reports to enable them to be the best they can be.
For this particular client account, we hold a lot of agency and influence, advertising in a very strategic way so you'll get great exposure to smart thinking.
What you'll do:
- Client facing role requiring confidence in project management, presenting and communicating to senior client stakeholders.
- Responsible for developing omnichannel strategies and campaigns, encompassing all media channels measurable back to business outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen and numerical accuracy.
- Working closely with the Business Director to drive the team's digital agenda and ensuring best in class delivery and finding first to market opportunities.
- Responsible for mentoring and motivating direct reports to deliver best-in-class campaigns under strong processes.
What you'll need:
- High performer who excels in client service, with enough planning experience to be able to see smaller campaigns through
- You can easily jump into the platforms, working across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and DV360
- You have a passion for understanding and delivering on client business goals
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders including clients, SBU's and external agencies
- The ability to build strong client relationships and trust quickly
- Experience in managing direct reports, with a focus on their development.
- A proactive thinker who is always exploring new ways of doing things whilst respecting proven processes
- You can talk intelligently and articulately about the why and how of media planning
