Beauty Therapist / Skilled Nail Technician (BIAB & Pedi Specialist)

Location: Gold Coast, QLD

Work Type: Full-time / Part-time/ Casual

About the Role

We are a premium salon on the Gold Coast looking for a skilled, fast-paced Nail Technician / Beauty Therapist. We need someone specializing in Builder Gel (BIAB) and professional pedicure treatments who can thrive in a high-energy environment while delivering great client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality Builder Gel (BIAB) applications, structures, and overlays.
Perform professional manicures, advanced gel polish, and full pedicure treatments.
Maintain efficiency, speed, and high standards during peak salon hours.
Keep strict salon hygiene and sanitation standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service to retain our loyal client base.

Requirements

1+ years of proven experience with BIAB, advanced gel polish, and pedicure services.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
A portfolio of recent work (photos or Instagram link).
Mandatory: Valid, unrestricted Australian work rights.
Must be currently living in Australia and available for an in-person practical trial on the Gold Coast.
Reliable and punctual.
