About the Role
We are a premium salon on the Gold Coast looking for a skilled, fast-paced Nail Technician / Beauty Therapist. We need someone specializing in Builder Gel (BIAB) and professional pedicure treatments who can thrive in a high-energy environment while delivering great client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Builder Gel (BIAB) applications, structures, and overlays.
- Perform professional manicures, advanced gel polish, and full pedicure treatments.
- Maintain efficiency, speed, and high standards during peak salon hours.
- Keep strict salon hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retain our loyal client base.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience with BIAB, advanced gel polish, and pedicure services.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
- A portfolio of recent work (photos or Instagram link).
- Mandatory: Valid, unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Must be currently living in Australia and available for an in-person practical trial on the Gold Coast.
- Reliable and punctual.
