Full Job Description

Are you an ambitious, self-driven sales professional who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals?

We are seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to join our team on a flexible 3-day per week basis (~21 hours). Driving growth across a dedicated territory, you will spearhead outbound B2B sales—combining face-to-face consultations, local networking, targeted PR outreach, and client gap analysis to deliver tailored print, signage, and design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify prospective B2B clients through targeted cold-calling, field visits, local business networking groups, and Print Speak CRM / AI tools.
Targeted PR Campaigns: Deliver 8–12 promotional PR packs weekly to local businesses to generate fresh leads.
Client Consultations: Conduct face-to-face meetings to present tailored print, graphic design, and signage solutions matching client needs.
Gap Analysis & Upselling: Audit existing client accounts to uncover opportunities for upselling multi-channel print and display services.
Lead Conversion: Perform fast, proactive follow-ups on all inbound and outbound inquiries to convert prospects into long-term accounts.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of daily call activities, meeting notes, and pipeline metrics in Print Speak CRM.

What We’re Looking For

Outbound B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, territory management, and deal closing.
Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the confidence to present custom solutions to business owners.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Highly disciplined with excellent time management skills and a focus on hitting activity KPIs ("knowing your numbers").
Resilience & Drive: A positive, energetic attitude with the mental toughness to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Experience (Bonus): Background in print, signage, marketing, or design services is highly advantageous (but not essential).
