The role
The role of the Sales and Service Frontline Performance Lead is to support the management of the day-to-day operational requirements of the frontline incentive plans across Voice and Digital Consultants and Team Leaders.
This includes working closely with frontline leaders to ensure a clear understanding of the structure and identifying opportunities for improvements and optimisations that are aligned with the strategic, budgetary, and regulatory objectives.
What you’ll be doing

In collaboration with key stakeholders manage the daily operational requirements of all frontline incentive schemes, including documentation, governance, calculations and adjustments.

Design and implement key artifacts to support the frontline teams understanding and execution of the relevant incentive schemes..

In consultation with General Managers, Senior Manager S&S Frontline Performance and frontline leadership coordinate and review the frontline incentive structures and reward and incentive programs across the Sales & Service division.

Monitor the effectiveness of incentive schemes, analysing data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.

Identifying, investigating and resolving data integrity issues, applying quality assurance processes when sourcing data and reporting to stakeholders

Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on team performance and incentive scheme effectiveness.

Follow safety standards that apply to our operations and adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.

Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.

Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division.

Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.

Additional tasks as reasonably required.
