About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the centre's success by:

Leading and Inspiring Your Team

Building a positive and collaborative culture
Coaching, mentoring, and developing educators
Supporting continuous growth and professional excellence

Driving Operational Excellence

Managing daily centre operations
Achieving occupancy, financial, and compliance goals
Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Delivering Quality Outcomes

Guiding the team towards Meeting and Exceeding National Quality Standards
Maintaining a strong focus on child safety and educational excellence
Embedding Affinity's Lifelong Learning Curriculum into practice

About You

We're looking for a confident and people-focused leader who brings:

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

✔ Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role

✔ Current Working with Children Check

✔ Strong business acumen with experience achieving occupancy and performance targets

✔ Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements

✔ A passion for developing teams and creating positive outcomes for children and families
