residential, equipment and commercial to both Australian and overseas markets

About the role
Finance Broker to coordinate the interviewing, assessment and processing of loan
applications for existing and new customers

Key Responsibilities include:

Interview prospective clients for Fact Finding and Pre-assessment and full assessment of new loan applications for a suitable loan product that best meets the requirement of a client
Arranging finance for clients through Banks, lenders and Financiers via Processing /arranging of loan submissions, completing credit reports, verification of employment, valuation requests, and Lenders Mortgage Insurance
As an agent, negotiating on behalf of the client for their loan and other related applications
Researching and reviewing available finance products for suitability to meet clients requirements
Acting as an intermediary between Broker Sales Team, Clients and Credit Teams to help clients understand the lending requirements and process in obtaining a loan
Analysing clients financial status and documents and researching to determine finance options available
Recommending suitable financial products/solutions or loan combinations to the client/s or introducing partners
Accurate recording of information on in-house CRM for all relevant process steps on each submission.
Regular follow up of outstanding requirements for submissions in a timely manner
Instruction of Solicitors and explanation of finance contracts terms and conditions to clients or introducing partners

You would ideally have the following attributes:

At least 1 year of relevant experience
Degree/Diploma/Advanced Diploma required
At least Certificate IV in Mortgage Lending and prior certification for AML/CTF examinations
Prior history of understanding different taxation systems and banking systems in South East Asian regions
The ability to meet deadlines and time frames to achieve customer satisfaction
Worked in both Mortgage Management and with Major Lenders via Aggregation
Well organised, have great attention to details and be capable of juggling multiple demands
Strong computer literacy
Great Communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as a supportive team player
Problem solving capabilities
Composure under pressure
Ability to speak, read and write, Mandarin and Cantonese

This full time permanent position is suited to a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is committed to working as part of a team.
