This role isn’t a Financial Planner; or an Accountant; or a Mortgage Broker; and it certainly isn't a sales role.
This is a unique opportunity to become the trusted relationship owner for our clients, coordinating their journey across Financial Planning, Lending, Accounting, Residential & Commercial Property and Legal.
You'll never provide technical financial, tax or legal advice. Instead, you'll ensure every specialist is working towards one outcome - the client's long-term goals.

The Opportunity
As the first strategic relationship for many of our clients, you'll help them gain clarity around where they are today, where they want to be and how we'll help them get there. Our clients are business owners, families, professionals, executives and investors making significant financial decisions. They need someone who can ask insightful questions, identify opportunities, challenge their thinking and ensure they remain focused on the goals that matter most.
You'll become the constant throughout their journey, bringing together the right specialists at the right time while ensuring every recommendation remains aligned to the bigger picture. Whether a client is purchasing their first or next home, building a residential or commercial property portfolio, growing a business, planning for retirement or creating generational wealth, you'll help ensure every decision contributes to a coordinated long-term strategy.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading meaningful discovery and goal-setting conversations
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinating strategies across Financial Planning, Lending, Accounting, Residential Property, Commercial Property and Legal.
- Helping clients stay accountable to their goals and strategy.
- Ensuring every recommendation supports the client's overall strategy rather than any individual service.
- Becoming the central point of contact throughout the client journey.
Who You Are
You're commercially astute - You understand how wealth is created and appreciate the role that lending, accounting, financial planning, business structures, residential and commercial property play in helping clients achieve their goals.
You're not expected to be the technical expert, but you know enough to facilitate intelligent conversations, ask great questions and recognise when the right specialist should be involved.
You combine commercial judgement with genuine emotional intelligence.
People naturally trust you - You're calm, curious and an exceptional listener. You enjoy helping people gain clarity, define meaningful goals and make confident decisions.
You understand that long-term success doesn't happen by accident. It comes from clear goals, disciplined execution and someone keeping the strategy moving forward.
You may currently work in financial services, private wealth, banking, business advisory, property or another professional services environment. You may also hold qualifications in a related discipline and be looking to step away from technical advice into a broader strategic relationship role.
Most importantly, you're motivated by client outcomes; not products, commissions or transactions.
You'll work directly with our Managing Director, who has spent more than 20 years helping Australians build wealth through holistic strategies and integrated advice. You'll receive direct mentoring while developing a skill set unlike anything else available in the industry.
The position is based in our Brisbane CBD office, however may consider applicants based out of our Gold Coast office if this is closer to home.
