ABOUT THE ROLE
Danone is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our Healthcare Nutrition (HCN) Marketing team.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager ANZ, you will support the development and execution of brand plans for our Allergy and Faltering Growth portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain broad exposure across brand management, campaign execution, content development, events, packaging projects, performance tracking and budget management.
Working closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain and external agency partners, you will help deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support healthcare professionals, patients and families across Australia and New Zealand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Activation & Content

Execute brand plans and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Develop marketing materials and content in partnership with agency, medical and regulatory teams.

Support field force communications, promotional materials and customer engagement activities.
Project & Event Management
-
Coordinate product, packaging and innovation projects from brief through to execution.

Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, conferences and sponsorship activities.

Manage project timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.
Budget & Operations
-
Manage purchase orders, invoices and A&P budget tracking.

Liaise with external suppliers and agencies to support campaign execution.
Reporting & Insights

Track brand performance, market trends and competitor activity.

Conduct monthly reporting and provide insights to support business decisions.
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and agency partners.

Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
About You:
You are an organised, proactive and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and bringing ideas to life.
Ideally, you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.

1-2 years' experience in FMCG, healthcare or consumer marketing.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns and brand activation initiatives.

Strong project management and organisational skills.
-
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
-
High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

A positive, hands-on attitude and passion for delivering results.
