You will play a key role in enhancing the visibility, engagement and overall performance through high-quality content, effective scheduling and clear audience strategies.
Working closely with UX, design, web, social and marketing automation teams, you will ensure content is integrated, accessible and aligned to ECU’s brand and digital strategy.

Support the rollout and adoption of digital screen initiatives by assisting with user training, documentation and stakeholder support across the University.
Collaborate with creative and operational teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that enhance engagement, communication effectiveness and brand visibility.
Maintain content structures, naming conventions and tagging systems to improve content management, searchability and operational efficiency within the digital signage ecosystem.
Coordinate centralised content planning and publishing activities, ensuring campaigns and communications are delivered accurately and in line with brand and governance requirements.
