Pilates Instructor and/or Personal Trainer – XLab Pilates & PT Studio, Rouse Hill

XLab Pilates & PT Studio is looking for a highly qualified, passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor and/or Personal Trainer to join our growing boutique studio in Rouse Hill.

We are open to hiring either:

A qualified Pilates Instructor
A qualified Personal Trainer
One exceptional person who is qualified and confident in both areas

XLab is a premium boutique studio offering reformer Pilates, small group training and personalised coaching. We are looking for someone who brings strong technical knowledge, professionalism, confidence, warmth and a genuine passion for helping clients move better, feel stronger and achieve results.

About the Role

You may be involved in teaching reformer Pilates classes, coaching small group PT sessions, supporting clients with strength and conditioning programs, and helping create an exceptional client experience within the studio.

This role would suit someone who is experienced, reliable, highly knowledgeable and confident working with a range of clients, from beginners through to more advanced members.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Reformer Pilates certification and/or Certificate III/IV in Fitness
Strong knowledge of movement, technique, injury prevention and client progression
Experience teaching high-quality Pilates and/or PT sessions
Confidence leading group classes and providing individualised corrections
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
A genuine passion for health, fitness and client results
Current First Aid and CPR
Professional insurance
Availability for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends is highly regarded
