About the opportunity
As our Marketing & Brand Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, combining compelling content, engaging digital experiences and strong brand execution to grow awareness, participation and long-term supporter engagement.
Working closely with the Marketing & Campaigns Manager, Digital Fundraising Specialist and Creative Design Specialist, you’ll help deliver high-quality campaigns that connect people with causes that matter.
Operating within a modern, “always-on” marketing environment, you’ll ensure our digital channels, communications and content remain fresh, engaging and optimised for performance, while continually using insights, testing and performance marketing principles to improve results.
No two days are the same. One day you might be developing content for a major fundraising campaign, the next analysing campaign performance, optimising digital supporter journeys, designing campaign assets or collaborating with internal teams to bring a new initiative to life.
This is an opportunity to work across the full marketing mix while seeing the direct impact your work has on fundraising success and the lives of patients and families.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop engaging content aligned to integrated marketing campaigns and brand priorities
- Execute campaign activity across website, social media, email, SMS and other digital channels
- Manage and optimise owned digital platforms to ensure they remain current, engaging and user-focused
- Develop and maintain content calendars that deliver consistent, high-quality communications
- Help design and optimise supporter journeys from first engagement through to ongoing donor retention
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and apply insights to continually improve engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Support audience acquisition and digital marketing initiatives using performance marketing principles
- Partner with the Creative Design Specialist to produce high-quality digital and print assets
- Work collaboratively across fundraising, communications and impact teams to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent storytelling
- Contribute ideas, innovation and continuous improvement across the Foundation’s marketing activities
- Represent the Foundation at community events and activations from time to time, including occasional evenings and weekends
