The Opportunity
We're searching for a Head of Marketing & Creative to lead one of the most influential functions within the business.
Reporting directly to our Chief Experience Officer, you'll lead an established team of seven across social media, production, filming, editing and publishing.
You'll be responsible for shaping how millions of people experience the Infinity brand across Australia and beyond.

This isn't a role where you'll be asked to keep the content calendar moving.
It's a role where you'll influence the direction of the entire function.
Who We're Looking For
We're not looking for a Head of Social Media.
We're not looking for a traditional Head of Marketing.
We're looking for someone who genuinely understands both and is 99% crazy.
Someone who can sit in a boardroom discussing growth strategy, acquisition costs, attribution modelling and commercial performance, then walk into a content meeting and discuss hooks, retention, bat-sh1t crazy concepts and audience psychology.
You should be equally comfortable talking about:

Most importantly, you'll have a proven track record of turning good ideas into meaningful results.
