Full Job Description

Dani Melo Beauty Salon is seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician / Manicurist) to join our growing team on the Gold Coast.

We are a premium beauty salon specialising in nail services and beauty treatments, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and high-quality results.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing professional manicure and pedicure services
Performing gel polish, BIAB, acrylic and nail enhancement applications
Delivering nail maintenance, repairs and removal services
Consulting with clients regarding nail care and treatment options
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety
Managing client bookings and ensuring excellent customer service
Assisting with retail product recommendations where appropriate
Maintaining treatment areas, tools and equipment to salon standards
Contributing to a positive and professional team environment

Skills & Experience

Applicants for this position should:

Hold relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology or a related field
Have at least 1 year of relevant full-time experience in a similar role
Demonstrate strong knowledge of manicure, pedicure and nail enhancement techniques
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
Display a professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Be reliable, motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work

Applicants with extensive industry experience may be considered where formal qualifications are not held.

Remuneration

Annual salary: $77,000 plus superannuation

Salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills and experience.
