About Us

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

About the Role

Court Services Victoria (CSV) is seeking a Senior People Services Coordinator to provide exceptional executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, People Services and Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a critical function, supporting leadership that drives people strategy across Victoria's courts and tribunals.

In this pivotal role, you'll act as a trusted partner to senior leadership—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across People Services.

You'll be responsible for:

Delivering high-level executive support, including diary, inbox and communications management
Coordinating meetings, and providing secretariat support including room bookings, agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, catering and travel arrangements as required
Managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Acting as a key liaison with judicial officers, CEOs, senior executives and external stakeholders
Supporting projects and initiatives across the broader People Services function

This role goes beyond coordination—you'll play a central part in ensuring leadership operates effectively and strategically.

About You

You are a confident and adaptable professional who thrives on complexity and accountability. You bring:

Strong executive support experience, ideally within government, legal or complex environments
Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior executives
Sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle highly confidential information
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
