The Position
We are seeking a passionate early childhood professional to begin their career as a Trainer & Assessor, supporting South Australian students completing Certificate III and Diploma qualifications. You will deliver training and assessment in workplaces and at our Smithfield campus. No prior training experience is required, with full support provided to complete your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Deliver training and assessment in workplaces and at the Smithfield campus
Build strong relationships with students, services and industry stakeholders
Plan, facilitate and assess engaging learning experiences
Promote ACCCO’s services and support regional growth
Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Children’s Services (required)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the early childhood sector
Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Valid Working with Children Check
Strong communication and customer service skills
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
