This role encompasses the coordination and delivery of structured training activities, including workforce inductions, project-specific inductions, and ongoing competency-based assessments
The Trainer & Assessor supports operational readiness by scheduling and facilitating Vocational Competency (VOC) assessments, inductions, and training sessions, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date competency and compliance records. Through proactive communication and forward planning, the role identifies upcoming competency expirations, training gaps, and induction requirements to ensure timely recertification and workforce readiness across all projects. The coordinator ensures that all training, assessment, and induction activities, including attendance, outcomes, and supporting documentation, are accurately captured, verified, and maintained within organisational systems.
