About the Role:
You will provide high-level strategic and operational HR advice to executive and senior managers across a range of complex and sensitive workforce matters. Working in partnership with designated groups, you will support employee relations, workforce development and continuous improvement while providing expert advice on HR policies, legislation and best practice.

About You:
- Significant experience providing strategic and operational HR advice to senior management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters and provide practical HR solutions.
- Experience interpreting awards, legislation and policies and applying them to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience developing and delivering HR strategies, policies, programs and training.
