About the role:

As Senior Research Coordinator, you will provide high-level coordination and strategic support across pre-award and post-award activities. Working closely with the Research Manager and Associate Dean of Research, you will contribute to the Faculty’s diverse research and non-research portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

Provide high-level support for grant applications (pre-award), including complex budgeting, proposal review, and policy advice.
Deliver proactive project management for funded projects: facilitation of legal reviews, monitoring, milestone reporting, variations, and budget reviews.
Oversee and deliver day‑to‑day financial administration (post award) of research and non‑research grants, including invoicing, adjustments, acquittals, and close‑out activities.

You bring demonstrated experience in research management, with the ability to manage complex projects in a policy-driven environment.
