About the Role:
Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is eager to recruit an AHP1 Physiotherapist to work in our dynamic, growing and supportive team, to help us deliver exceptional care to our community.
The Physiotherapist (AHP1) is accountable to the Senior Manager of Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service (NARS)- for the provision of assessment and treatment services for NALHN patients, which aims to optimise health outcomes.
The Physiotherapist (AHP1) applies clinical experience, clinical knowledge and professional competence to plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive and integrated services to the needs of NALHN clients. The Physiotherapist (AHP1) works under direct clinical supervision and may provide direction and support to allied health assistants and students.
The Physiotherapist works collaboratively with the Allied Health multi-disciplinary team and liaises directly with medical, nursing staff of NALHN and with other community agencies.
To be eligible for this position, you must have an Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.

In this role you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships. An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment is essential to this role.
