Description:
The Opportunity

In this role, you will embrace the position of a Family Office Graduate, working closely with our Advisors and Associate team members. You will play an important role in supporting client investment administration, including processing applications, responding to queries, and building your expertise in investment-related processes. You will also gain valuable exposure to portfolio reporting, implementation activity and broader family office operations.

Working as part of a close-knit and supportive team, you will benefit from comprehensive on-the-job training, exposure to experienced professionals, and genuine opportunities to grow and progress your career in Family Office.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Collate and review data relating to client investment portfolios
Assist with report writing, including Investment Policy Statements, portfolio reports and strategic asset allocation recommendations
Support the Family Office Investment Committee with agendas, fund manager coordination, minutes and action items
Assist with implementation of portfolio changes following review processes
Maintain accurate client data in Xplan
Prepare and lodge fee consent applications and support administrative compliance requirements
Ensure AML/CTF requirements are met and records remain current
Liaise with family office fund managers and other service providers
Prepare background materials for Advisor and Partner meetings
Provide proactive, professional and responsive client service
Assist Advisors and Partners in identifying cross-selling opportunities within the client base

Relevant qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline will be highly regarded
