About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with water damage restoration, mould remediation, structural drying, and general make-safe works for residential and commercial properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, problem solving, and helping customers during stressful situations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Attend water, mould, fire and storm damage jobs.
Conduct moisture inspections using meters and thermal imaging.
Extract water and install drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, AFDs).
Build containment and dust-control systems.
Remove damaged building materials (plaster, insulation, carpet, underlay).
Move/protect contents during works.
Complete job documentation, photos and moisture logs using job management software.
Follow all safety procedures, JSAs and Work Access Permits.
Participate in after-hours and emergency call-outs on rotation (If needed).

About You

Experience in restoration, construction or cleaning (preferred but not essential).
Comfortable using restoration equipment and tools.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Physically fit and able to lift equipment/materials.
Current driver’s licence.
White Card and police clearance, or willingness to obtain.
