We're looking for motivated and reliable Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced technician or looking to build a career in the restoration industry, you'll be supported through ongoing training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Water damage restoration and mitigation
- Mould inspections and make-safe assessments
- Mould remediation and cleaning
- Property damage assessment and reporting
- Installation and monitoring of drying equipment
- Removal of damaged materials where required
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Completing job documentation and site reports
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration or a related field
- IICRC certification is advantageous but not essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to participate in emergency and after-hours call-outs when required
- Commitment to following industry standards, safety procedures, and company processes
