The Team & Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an early career pharmacist to build a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy practice within a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment. Pharmacy Services provides clinical and operational pharmacy support across acute, sub-acute, mental health and community health settings, offering exposure to a diverse range of patient care experiences. Working under the guidance of senior pharmacy leaders and alongside multidisciplinary teams, the Grade 1 Pharmacist delivers safe, patient-centred care while developing clinical expertise through a structured rotational program. The role includes participation in education, training and supervision activities, medication governance, budget monitoring, research and service improvement initiatives. Pharmacists may rotate across a variety of clinical areas, providing valuable opportunities for professional growth and career development while contributing to high-quality healthcare outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required
Registered pharmacist with AHPRA Pharmacy Board of Australia
Demonstrate commitment to further education and self-directed learning
Recent or current hospital pharmacy experience working in a clinical setting (desirable)
Have experience with using electronic medication management systems, including Cerner (desirable)
