The Team & Role
Join a dedicated and highly collaborative Clinical Pharmacy team delivering safe, patient-centred medication management across Peninsula Care Group. Based within the busy Emergency Department and Emergency Short Stay Unit at Peninsula University Hospital, this role is integral to a multidisciplinary team providing care for a diverse range of acute and complex patients. As the Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine, you will lead and advance clinical pharmacy services, drive medication safety and quality improvement initiatives, support innovative pharmacist-led models of care, and contribute to education, research and workforce development, helping to improve patient outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced emergency care environment.

Skills & Experience Required
Registered pharmacist with AHPRA Pharmacy Board of Australia, with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
Significant experience in provision of clinical pharmacy services in Emergency Medicine and experience in other clinical specialties.
Experience in the critical evaluation of medical literature and demonstrated ability to translate into clinical practice.
Experience in supervision and mentoring staff.
Demonstrate commitment to further education and self-directed learning.
