Twistarz Gymnastics Academy is one of the fastest-growing gymnastics clubs in the Redlands, providing programs for children and adults from infancy through to competitive gymnastics. We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist / Administration Assistant to become an integral part of our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with families, managing multiple priorities, and helping create a positive experience for every person who walks through our doors.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy gymnastics academy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective members
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Performing light chores and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe working environment
- Processing enrolments, bookings and membership administration
- Handling reception duties and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Assisting with accounts receivable and payment follow-up
- Performing data entry, filing and general administrative tasks
- Supporting management with operational and administrative projects
- Maintaining accurate records and customer information
- Assisting with events, promotions and club communications
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a reception, administration or customer service role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
- The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, positive and friendly attitude
- Experience with all programs in the Microsoft 365 business suite is essential
- Experience with iClassPro, Xero, Bravo and Airtable will be highly regarded.
- Experience with accounting or bookkeeping tasks (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working in a sport, recreation, education or children's environment (highly regarded)
Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available to work:
- Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
The position may be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis depending on the experience, skills and availability of the successful applicant.

Pay: $49,900.00 – $65,000.00 per year
