Childcare Centre Director (Part-Time – 4 Days Per Week)

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicated Childcare Centre Director to lead our boutique early learning service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care while supporting a positive team culture. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance, supporting educators, and building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
About the Role
As Centre Director, you will:
- Lead, mentor and support a team of passionate educators.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
- Manage enrolments, occupancy, staffing and rostering.
- Support curriculum planning, programming and continuous quality improvement.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative and professional team culture.
- Work closely with the Approved Provider to achieve the service's goals and maintain high-quality practices.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- An approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a leadership role within an early childhood service.
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- A genuine passion for leading teams and achieving high-quality outcomes for children and families.
