Customer Experience & Sales Support Officer (Part-Time)

About the Role
This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales support and administration. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping ensure every enquiry receives a prompt, professional and friendly experience.
You'll work closely with our energy consultant and installation team to keep projects moving smoothly from the initial enquiry through to installation and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for our Energy Consultants
- Following up on lead generation and enquiries
- Follow up customer quotes and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Support customers before, during and after installation
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with installers
- Assist with finance documentation and customer paperwork
- Maintain accurate customer records and project files
- Request customer reviews following completed installations
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or sales support
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to multitask while maintaining a positive customer experience
Experience within the solar, electrical or construction industry is highly regarded but not essential.
