The Role
Reporting to the Chief Brand and Product Officer, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping and elevating the EC Carpets brand across all visual touchpoints.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital assets that support marketing campaigns, product storytelling and brand communication across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on, creative role suited to a designer who can balance strong conceptual thinking with high-quality execution, while working in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing

Designing marketing materials across print and digital channels including catalogues, brochures, advertising, presentations and email campaigns.
- Creating engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Developing campaign assets that elevate brand presentation and consistency.
- Translating product information into clear, visually engaging content.
- Producing simple motion graphics and short-form video content.
- Preparing artwork for print production including production-ready files.
- Working with printers, photographers, videographers and external creative partners.
- Using modern creative tools, including artificial intelligence platforms, to support design and content creation.
- Staying current with design, interior and lifestyle trends.
About You
We are looking for a creative, detail-focused designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about producing high-quality, premium brand work.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

At least three years of experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience or genuine interest in video editing and motion design.
- Familiarity with, or a strong interest in, artificial intelligence creative tools.
- A strong eye for layout, typography, composition, colour and brand consistency.
- The ability to create polished, premium and commercially effective design outcomes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative working style.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Not essential, but highly regarded skills and experience:

Qualifications in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with print production processes, including file setup and finished artwork preparation.
- Knowledge of print specifications and production workflows.
- An interest in interiors, architecture, lifestyle brands or premium consumer products.
