About you:

To be successful in this role you will be a motivated self starter, and ready to start learning and selling!

The successful candidate will have a high energy approach, a willingness to learn and ambition. You will need a current driver’s licence and your own car with a current agent's representative certificate – or we can work with you to obtain this.

Responsibilities of the role include (but are by no means limited to);

Generating new business (telephone marketing & door-knocking)
Attending 'Open For Inspections' & private inspections
Assisting with phone & email inquiries
Conducting Buyer Follow Up via telephone and email.
Writing follow-up reports to vendors
Preparing property reports
Database management
Vendor & purchaser liaison
Contract preparation & solicitor liaison
Processing new listings and advertising schedules
Scheduling appointments
Preparing and cursting marketing campaigns
