The Opportunity:
You'll be speaking with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products.
These are warm leads—people who have enquired or are eligible for government rebates.
Your role is to:
- Build rapport and create genuine conversations
- Understand customers' energy needs
- Educate customers on available government rebates and energy solutions
- Manage follow-up conversations and nurture customer relationships
- Accurately update customer information in HubSpot CRM
- Achieve daily and weekly sales KPIs
