Full Job Description

Beresford Hall Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Office Manager to coordinate and oversee office administration and administrative resources supporting the operations of Beresford Hall.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring effective administrative systems, processes and resources are maintained and will work closely with management, staff and external professionals to support the efficient operation of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office administration and administrative services.
Plan, review and improve office administrative processes and systems.
Coordinate administrative workflows, resources, equipment and office supplies.
Allocate administrative tasks and monitor the performance and completion of administrative work.
Maintain accurate corporate, operational and personnel records and documentation.
Manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with privacy and organisational requirements.
Coordinate staff onboarding, administrative training and related documentation.
Liaise with management and HR regarding administrative policies, procedures and workforce matters.
Prepare correspondence, reports, memoranda and other documentation for management.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, conferences and other administrative activities.
Assist with procurement, accounts, invoices and office expenditure.
Ensure administrative processes comply with organisational policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
Liaise with internal departments and external professionals to coordinate business activities and resolve administrative issues.
Identify administrative deficiencies and implement improvements to office systems and processes.
Provide administrative coordination and support to management and operational teams.

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have:

Relevant tertiary qualification in business administration, management, accounting, law or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in office or business administration.
Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative functions, systems and workflows.
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong computer literacy and experience with office and database systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Experience coordinating staff onboarding, training or administrative processes.
Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement practical administrative improvements.

Experience in aged care, health care or another regulated environment will be highly regarded.

Pay: $95,000.00 per year
