Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough on-site assessments for fire, water, mould, storm, and accidental damage claims. Prepare accurate scopes, reports, and quotations.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of restoration projects, monitoring progress, costs, and margins.
- Support and guide on-site restoration technicians and external subcontractors, ensuring optimal use of project resources and equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent updates throughout the restoration process.
- Coordinate and oversee all works to ensure strict adherence to OHS standards and safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to elevate overall operational performance and project delivery.
About You:
- Experience in property restoration, construction, or facilities management is highly regarded.: Proven ability to problem-solve dynamically and make critical business decisions independently.
- A collaborative, hands-on mindset combined with a team-focused attitude to achieve project goals.
- Strong organisational skills paired with a sharp attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills built to forge strong, lasting relationships.
- Must hold a current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
