The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Damage Assessment & Scoping: Conduct thorough on-site assessments for fire, water, mould, storm, and accidental damage claims. Prepare accurate scopes, reports, and quotations.
Project Execution & Financials: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of restoration projects, monitoring progress, costs, and margins.
Resource & Subcontractor Management: Support and guide on-site restoration technicians and external subcontractors, ensuring optimal use of project resources and equipment.

takeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent updates throughout the restoration process.
Safety & Compliance: Coordinate and oversee all works to ensure strict adherence to OHS standards and safety regulations.
Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to elevate overall operational performance and project delivery.
About You:
Industry Expertise: Experience in property restoration, construction, or facilities management is highly regarded.
Autonomy & Decision-Making: Proven ability to problem-solve dynamically and make critical business decisions independently.
Team Synergy: A collaborative, hands-on mindset combined with a team-focused attitude to achieve project goals.
Execution & Structure: Strong organisational skills paired with a sharp attention to detail.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills built to forge strong, lasting relationships.
Mandatory Prerequisites
Mobility: Must hold a current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
