As a Pharmacy Technician or assistant at Green Life, you’ll support the daily operations of our modern, patient‑centred dispensary, helping streamline access to plant‑based medicine. You’ll assist with dispensing, patient enquiries, stock management, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is hands‑on and customer‑focused — ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. Qualifications

Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- S2/S3 Community Pharmacy certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Responsibilities

Supporting patients with prescription ordering and general enquiries
- Answering phone calls and queuing prescriptions for dispensing
- Maintaining accurate patient information and records
- Following dispensary procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Invoicing and managing OTC stock
- Maintaining an up‑to‑date stock register
- Using our patient ordering portal
- Assisting the pharmacist as required
Skills & Experience

- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Familiarity with eRx and ASL
- Experience with Z Software (preferred but not essential)
