About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Pharmacy assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently, manage customer enquiries efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. If you are a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and computer literacy, we would love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone with
- Focus on customer service and sales
- You are a great problem solver and are outcome-focused.
- Assisting and supporting other team members as required
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Coordinate prescription processing timelines with the pharmacist
- Working independently and within a team to ensure continued functionality of day-to-day tasks
- Accurately dispense medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist (Dispense Tech)
- Prepare prescriptions and manage stock levels in the dispensary (Dispense Tech)
- Work in a fast-paced dispensary environment (Dispense Tech)
- Excellent troubleshooter and problem solver
- Ability to show initiative in a high-pressure environment and manage conflicting priorities
