We specialise in delivering top-quality tax, accounting, bookkeeping and business advisory services to individuals, small businesses and SMSFs across Australia. We pride ourselves on our culture and supportive, friendly workplace which offers a genuine work/lifestyle balance.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tax Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
Preparation of SMSF tax returns and financial statements.
Division 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations.
Provide clients with tax planning, cashflow forecast & business advice to optimise tax outcomes.
Ensure compliance with ATO regulations and AASB standards.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive and responsive service.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor or Masters degree in Accounting.
CA or CPA qualified (or in progress).
Minimum 1 year work experience in a public practice.
Proficiency in Xero, Handisoft, Excel is highly favourable.
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
Strong communication & organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and meet deadlines.
Fluency in Portuguese is desirable.
