The Opportunity
We are seeking a high‑calibre and experienced Executive Assistant to work in close partnership with our Group CEO. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who has operated at the highest levels of corporate leadership and thrives in a fast‑paced, listed‑company environment.
The CEO requires a trusted support partner who is highly organised, articulate and commercially focused, with a strong understanding of Board and executive meeting cadence and stakeholder expectations. You are consistently several steps ahead — anticipating requirements, managing complex logistics, and maintaining focus on strategic and commercial priorities.
To ensure close alignment and responsiveness, this role is based at our Docklands head office.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Time Management: Optimise the CEO’s diary to ensure focus on the highest‑value priorities.
- Global Logistics: Take full ownership of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and executive‑level logistics.
- Executive Briefing: Ensure the CEO is thoroughly prepared for meetings, Board sessions, investor engagements and public commitments.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for all executive logistics with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board and senior leaders.
- Operational Oversight: Manage executive expenses and coordinate and support key events such as investor meetings.
What We Are Looking For:
- CEO‑Level Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or C‑suite executive within a large, complex organisation.
- Professional Presence: Strong judgement and gravitas, with the ability to represent the Office of the CEO impeccably.
- Proactive & Autonomous: Highly self‑directed, with the foresight to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced capability across MS Office and modern collaboration tools.
- Commitment & Confidential: A dedicated professional available to support the business on‑site observing strict confidentiality.
