As Project Manager, Enterprise Platforms Delivery, you’ll lead a portfolio of high-priority enterprise technology projects, turning strategic priorities into successful outcomes. From risk transformation and role-based access control to AWS 3.0 and other critical programs, you’ll bring structure, momentum and strong stakeholder leadership to initiatives that are shaping Greenstone’s future.
You’ll also play a key role in strengthening and optimising our partner ecosystem, driving greater commercial discipline, supporting cost optimisation and helping unlock savings through effective vendor governance, sourcing and procurement. This role combines hands-on project leadership with the opportunity to influence how we deliver technology across the organisation.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years’ experience as a Technical or Lead Enterprise Architect, Lead Infrastructure Engineer or Cloud Engineer
- 2+ years’ experience in project management, technology delivery, program coordination or technology operations
- Proven experience delivering technology projects involving strategic vendors, commercial arrangements, contract renewals and supplier performance
- Working knowledge of technology procurement, sourcing models, competitive solution reviews, commercial evaluation and vendor governance
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional technology projects across multiple internal teams and external suppliers
- Experience developing business cases, options papers, commercial recommendations, project plans and status reports
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including cost and benefits tracking, budget management and contract value assessment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Cyber Security, Cloud, Workplace Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Risk, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Product teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, resolve delivery blockers and align teams around clear outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems and translate strategy into practical delivery plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and evidence-based reporting
Desirable:
- Experience with cloud commercial models, AWS cost optimisation, managed service arrangements or cloud transformation programs
- Experience supporting risk transformation, identity and access management, identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC) or cyber security uplift initiatives
- Knowledge of technology contracting structures, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), managed services, software licensing and professional services engagements
- Relevant project management qualifications or certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or Jira
