Are you a newly qualified Personal Trainer unsure where to start, or an experienced Trainer tired of the ups and downs of inconsistent clients and income?

We're looking for motivated Trainers, Exercise Scientists and Exercise Physiologists who want the support, development, systems, and opportunities needed to build a successful and sustainable fitness career with an Anytime Fitness that expands across Sydney.

Locations

Bexley, Wolli Creek, Chippendale, Freshwater, Kensington, Killara, Kingsford, Potts Point, Ryde, West Ryde, Gladesville, North Ryde and Epping.

The Role

This is a subcontractor engagement paid per completed client session under a structured tiered rate model.

You will:

* Conduct assessments and design tailored programs
* Deliver 1:1 and small group training sessions
* Track client progress and outcomes
* Build and manage your client base within the club
* Help members achieve long-term success

What You’ll Receive

* Minimal cold selling required

Essential Requirements

* Cert III & IV in Fitness (minimum) OR Bachelor of Exercise Science / Exercise Physiology
* Active ABN (mandatory)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* National Police Check
* Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

Desirable:

* ESSA Accreditation
* AEP Accreditation
