Full Job Description

We are one of the biggest timber flooring companies in Sydney, currently looking for warehouse staff to manage our warehouse duties as below:

Receiving and Processing:

Unloading trucks/containers and checking in merchandise.
Verifying shipments against documentation and reporting discrepancies.
Sorting and storing received items in designated locations.

Order Fulfillment:

Picking items from shelves.
Packing and preparing orders for shipment.
Ensuring accurate order fulfillment and minimizing errors.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate inventory records, both physical and potentially on computer systems.
Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
Organising and optimising storage locations for efficiency.

Other Responsibilities:

Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
Loading and unloading trucks and other delivery vehicles.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Following safety procedures and regulations.
Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Involved in waste disposal and other tasks as required.
Do small deliveries or pick-ups using company UTE.

The successful candidate needs to

1. Minimum 2 years warehouse working experience.

2. Forklift and driver licence.

3. Attention to details and be punctual.

4. Able to work in a team or alone.

5. Good knowledge for safety rules.
