Phone Sales Consultant – Automotive Aftermarket

Work From Home | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

$60,000 Base Salary + Superannuation + Uncapped Commission

Motor Care Group is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Phone Sales Consultant with a strong background in phone sales, telesales or call centre sales to join our growing team.

This is a genuine full-time, Monday-to-Friday work-from-home position with the security of a base salary, superannuation and additional earning potential through commission.

This is not a cold-calling role.

You’ll be speaking with customers who have recently purchased a vehicle through one of our dealership partners and have the opportunity to purchase additional vehicle protection products.

About the Role

You’ll be speaking with customers who have recently purchased a new or used vehicle and presenting a range of automotive aftermarket products, including:

Paint protection
Interior protection
Dash cameras
Scratch and dent membership programs
Other vehicle protection products

Our dealership partners provide the customer opportunities. Your focus is on building rapport, providing a professional customer experience and converting those opportunities into sales.

We provide comprehensive training on our products, systems and processes.

While automotive aftermarket or dealership experience is highly regarded, our priority is finding someone with proven phone sales or call centre sales experience who knows how to close.

What We’re Looking For

Phone sales experience is essential.

Ideally, you will have:

2–3+ years' experience in phone sales, telesales or a sales-focused call centre
A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs
Strong closing and objection-handling skills
The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Confidence managing a consistent volume of customer opportunities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong self-motivation and discipline when working from home
The ability to follow structured sales processes and maintain accurate customer records

Experience in automotive aftermarket, dealerships, finance, insurance, retention or other high-performing phone sales environments will be highly regarded.
