We are a fast-growing marketing agency. With our fulfillment and delivery team locked in, we are aggressively expanding our client roster. We are looking for a sharp, motivated, and resilient Appointment Setter / Warm & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our fully remote team.
Your sole mission? Open doors, spark conversations with business owners, and book high-quality discovery calls onto our calendar.
This is a 100% remote contract/casual role with a clear path to growth as the agency scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Outbound: Execute daily cold and warm outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and strategic phone calls.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads, past inquiries, and warm prospects to identify their pain points and qualify them against our ideal client profile.
- Calendar Management: Consistently book qualified discovery calls for our internal team to close.
- CRM Hygiene: Track all conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline data meticulously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent English & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be comfortable making outbound calls and sending highly personalized messages.
- Thick Skin & Resilience: Outbound sales requires handling rejection with a positive attitude. You view "No" as just one step closer to a "Yes."
- AEST Availability: Must be available for internal syncs and prospecting active businesses during standard AEST business hours.
- B2B Experience: Past experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or Telemarketer—ideally selling digital marketing, agency, or software services—is highly regarded.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $28.00 – $55.00 per hour
