Our Fitness Partnerships team is on a mission to build the LSKD community from the ground up, connecting with the people and places shaping fitness culture around the world. You’ll help turn those connections into real partnerships through product, support and plenty of community love.
Description:
How you'll make an impact...
- Find new fitness communities: discover gyms, studios and training facilities that align with LSKD, reach out and start building relationships.
- Build real relationships: stay connected with our fitness partners through emails, calls, visits and Instagram. Get to know them, show up for them and look for ways to go above and beyond.
- Send out LSKD product: coordinate product gifting to our fitness partners and help make sure we're getting product into the hands of the right people.
- Listen to our community: chat with partners about the gear they receive, gather their honest feedback and share it with our Product and Design teams to help us on our mission of being 1% better every day.
- Keep the admin under control: help manage relationships, orders, discounts and other details that keep our partnerships running smoothly.
- Bring ideas to the table: share what you're seeing and learning from the fitness community, contribute to team conversations and help your teammates wherever you can.
- Work across LSKD: jump into projects with other teams to help grow our presence in key communities, whether that's through product development, marketing campaigns, events or other initiatives.
- Keep growing: be open to feedback, try new things and look for ways to keep developing both personally and professionally.
- Pitch in where needed: support the Fitness Partnerships team with other projects and priorities as they come up.
You'll be a great fit if...
- You genuinely love fitness - you’re part of a gym, training or fitness community and understand what makes these spaces special. You don’t need to be an elite athlete; we care more about being genuinely connected to the fitness world.
- You’re a people person - you’re comfortable starting conversations, asking questions, listening and getting to know people. You’re confident making the first move and building relationships from the ground up.
- You’re tenacious - this is an admin-heavy role, so you’ll need to enjoy getting stuck into the details, following things through and getting the job done. Repetitive tasks don’t drain you - you know they’re part of making great partnerships happen.
- You’re proactive and curious - you don’t wait around to be told what to do. You spot opportunities, ask questions and get moving.
