As our Collaborations Coordinator, you'll build LSKD’s creator community across key growth markets by connecting with creators and brand partners to grow awareness and engagement. You'll support the smooth coordination, communication and execution of campaigns and collaborations, so our presence in current and emerging markets grows the LSKD way: 1% better every day. This is a full time role based in our Global HQ in Loganholme.

How you'll make an impact...
- Grow our Creator community: Be the driving force behind our Creator program as we expand into the UK & Europe, constantly hunting for fresh, trending talent that feels authentically LSKD.
- Make gifting work harder: Use product gifting as a key growth engine, getting LSKD into the hands of emerging creators at scale and turning great product into great relationships and organic content.
- Build relationships that matter: Onboard, support and nurture our creator network. Be unreasonable with our partners - go above and beyond to build personal, meaningful relationships.
- Bring campaigns to life: Support campaign launches from creator identification through to briefing, gifting, communication and content delivery, while keeping relationships with athletes, creators and brand partners strong.
- Make collaborations happen: Help bring partnerships to life by coordinating agreements, commissions, content, events and internal communication - keeping everything moving and everyone in the loop.
- Keep things running behind the scenes: Own day-to-day CreatorIQ and affiliate platform admin, keeping data clean, accurate and useful for reporting and relationship management.
- Feed the product team: Get close to our creators and partners, gathering honest feedback on gifted product and sharing insights with Product & Design to help us get 1% better every day.
What you'll bring to the role...
- Experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, community, social media or brand collaborations
- A strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends and what makes content feel authentic
- Comfortable managing multiple relationships and moving parts at once - this role will be fast-paced and very hands-on
- Experience with affiliate programs or creator platforms such as CreatorIQ
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to make people feel genuinely connected to the brand
- Highly organised with a good eye for detail - happy to get stuck into admin, data and platform management
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how creators can drive brand awareness, community and growth
- You embody the Ideal Team Player by being Hungry, Humble, and Smart
