The opportunity:

Fitness First is one of Australia's leading fitness brands. We are recognised for providing innovative, inclusive, engaging, and fun group fitness solutions to our members across a range of disciplines. As a Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness First it will be your responsibility to lead “best in industry” group fitness classes, creating a welcoming environment where all members feel comfortable and can achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes
Ensure the well-being and safety of members
Maintain consistent delivery of the class format
Maximise class attendance through high-level execution
Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away

To be successful in this role you will need:

GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness
Registration with Fitness Australia
First Aid and CPR certifications
Industry recognised qualification in your field of practice
Ability to engage with and motivate members
