At No Bull Accessories, we manufacture high-quality automotive products including dash mats, moulded flooring, and floor mats for customers across Australia. We are a growing business that takes pride in producing durable, Australian-made products while maintaining a positive, team-focused workplace.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing & Production Team Member to join our production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing & Production Team Member, you will be involved in the day-to-day production of our automotive accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Cutting and preparing materials for production
Operating a clicker press to cut product shapes and components
Sewing and binding automotive products such as dash mats and floor mats
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Assisting with packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting the production team with general factory duties as required

What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically capable of performing light manufacturing duties
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous manufacturing, sewing, upholstery, textile, automotive trim, or factory experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
