We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing & Production Team Member to join our production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing & Production Team Member, you will be involved in the day-to-day production of our automotive accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and preparing materials for production
- Operating a clicker press to cut product shapes and components
- Sewing and binding automotive products such as dash mats and floor mats
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assisting with packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting the production team with general factory duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing light manufacturing duties
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing, sewing, upholstery, textile, automotive trim, or factory experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
