Are you an experienced housekeeping leader ready for a role where you can make a real difference, develop people and take the operation to the next level?

We’re looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operation in Brisbane.

This is more than keeping rooms clean.

You’ll be leading people, improving operations and building a high-performing team.

YOUR ROLE

As Executive Housekeeping Manager, you'll take ownership of the housekeeping operation and lead the team towards consistently high standards.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing the housekeeping department
Overseeing daily housekeeping operations
Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
Developing and improving housekeeping policies and procedures
Training, coaching and mentoring team members
Conducting regular room and public-area inspections
Working closely with other hotel departments
Ensuring guest concerns are handled quickly and professionally
Managing cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory
Managing the housekeeping budget and controlling costs
Monitoring operational performance and productivity
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service
Keeping up with industry trends and best practices

✅ Knowledge of health and safety requirements
